Helps Relieve Heel Pressure
The original heel offloading boot, HEELIFT, is designed to prevent and treat heel pressure injuries for any patient. The semi rigid brace and outer lining helps maintain proper foot position and prevents foot drop deformities. Clinically proven in a RCT to prevent pressure ulcers, the boot aids with other conditions such as flaccid paralysis (non-spastic), pre- and post-operative hip fractures and skin grafts.
Promotes Increased Patient Comfort
Option to choose the smooth foam for sensitive skin or edematous legs or the convoluted design with air holes to promote ventilation. Features smooth tricot fabric covering on the outside for increased patient mobility. Innovative stitching prevents rough edges that can damage patient skin.
Variety of Sizes to Choose From
The small size option is designed for pediatric patients or for patients who are smaller in weight and height. The bariatric size option is designed for bariatric patients (up to 600 lbs). To accommodate patient size, the lower elevation pad which is affixed to the inside of the boot can be trimmed or positioned forward or backward.
