Neurosensory Assessment and Training

The Korebalance Premiere-22 is designed with the latest interactive technology for neurosensory assessment and training. Backed by over two decades of medical experience, the high-tech system can stimulate the brain and nervous system to improve balance, stability, coordination, and posture. It sends stimuli through the central nervous system to retrain and remap neuropathways. The system is used to improve the body’s response in unstable environments and return vestibular functionality for mild traumatic brain injuries (mTBI). The Korebalance system is used in medical centers and clinics, PT offices, assisted living facilities, recreation centers, health and fitness clubs, and more.

Training Software

The Korebalance features easy-to-use software that has been developed to help improve agility, reaction time, and motor control. Interactive 3D games allow clinicians to customize treatment plans to patients at all levels of ability. Assessments include computerized variations of the standardized tests including the Romberg, the mCTSIB, and Limits of Stability (LOS) tests. The Korebalance Premiere-22 features optional cognition baseline and training module software.

Innovative Design

The Korebalance Premiere-22 is designed with a large, stable stepping platform that rests at a low step height for safe mounting and dismounting. It uses a high speed accelerometer with 360° horizontal and 20° vertical range of movement for movement tracking. The Korebalance Premiere uses 2” individually adjustable, hardened steel safety handrails to accommodate the user’s physical ability and height. An incorporated medical-grade, antimicrobial-treated touchscreen computer with high quality stereo speakers increases patient reception during assessments.
